You can submit a booking request online, contact us directly by email/phone, or request a custom itinerary. Your booking is confirmed once we issue written confirmation and your deposit is received.
For best hotel and guide availability, we recommend booking 60 to 90 days in advance for multi-day tours and at least 7 to 14 days in advance for day tours.
Yes. We can place a temporary hold on selected services while your final preferences are confirmed, subject to supplier deadlines.

Multi-day tours are usually paid in installments (deposit + staged balances). Day tours are typically paid in full at booking. Exact terms are listed in your quotation.

Most multi-day tours include accommodation, daily breakfast, private transfers, professional drivers, local guides for key sites, and in-itinerary entrance fees.
International flights are not included unless clearly stated. We can assist with guidance on route planning and suitable flight windows.
Yes, for most confirmed multi-day programs. Extra transfers for additional nights can also be arranged.
Private tours include dedicated logistics support, and certified local guides are arranged for major historic and cultural landmarks.
Tickets are included for sites listed in your confirmed itinerary. Optional activities added later may incur additional costs.

Documents, Insurance, and Safety
We normally require traveler full names (as on passport), contact details, and passport data needed for supplier bookings and hotel registration.
It is not mandatory for every booking, but it is strongly recommended and should cover medical events, cancellation, delays, and baggage issues.
Yes. We provide itinerary-based guidance and supporting travel documents where relevant, while visa approval always remains with the issuing authority.
